On November 30, 1999, Xiamen Jinhengchang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. invested and founded by Jindi Group was established, and entered the Xiamen real estate market, and successfully developed "Millennium" High-end residential communities such as "Jin Rui Garden", "Jin Rui Garden" and "Jin Di Shui An No. 1".

On March 7, 2000, Quanzhou "Jindi Garden" developed and constructed by Jindi Group was included in the National Comfortable Living Demonstration Project Intelligent System Demonstration Community Project.

On August 18, 2001, Jindi Group cooperated with Quanzhou No. 1 Middle School to establish the national standard model middle school-Quanzhou No. 1 Middle School Branch. In June 2004, "Quanzhou No. 1 Middle School Branch" was officially renamed as "Fujian Quanzhou Foreign Languages ??Middle School".

In April 2005, Fujian Renxin Property Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and founded by Jindi Group, was registered and established with a registered capital of 3 million yuan to manage the Renwen Daru Shijia property project. In November 2008, the company successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification.

On May 10, 2005, Jindi Group officially signed an agreement with the High School Affiliated to Fujian Normal University to jointly establish a modern full-time general middle school - Wenbo Middle School Affiliated to Fujian Normal University. On September 1, 2006, the Wenbo High School Affiliated to Fujian Normal University was newly completed and started school as scheduled.

In July 2005, Xiamen Renwen Investment Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established by Jindi Group, was officially registered and established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.

In December 2006, Hubei Renwen Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established by Jindi Group, was officially registered and established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
