Residents' houses with outstanding loans are included in the calculation of the number of family purchases.
Criteria for determining the number of family housing units
1. If the family (including spouse and minor children, the same below) has purchased the house, the standards of "recognizing the house" and "recognizing the loan" shall be implemented.
"Admitting the house" is based on the "Proof of Real Estate Registration under Personal Name" (hereinafter referred to as the "Certificate") found in the archives of the Housing Authority. Unregistered houses (excluding shops and parking spaces) are included in the number of units purchased by families.
"Loan identification" is based on the personal credit report (hereinafter referred to as the report) found by the credit information system of China People's Bank and the loan record of Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center. Residents' houses with outstanding loans are included in the calculation of the number of family purchases.
2. The outstanding loans recorded in the report require the borrower to provide valid information to prove. If the purchase address is consistent with the certificate, it will be regarded as 1 set of calculation.
3. Non-husband-and-wife buyers' families have purchased houses, starting from the party with the largest number of purchases among buyers.
4. The purchaser of the commercial housing sales contract and his spouse shall provide the report.
5. The scope of housing loan records is the whole country. The basis for determining the loan record includes but is not limited to the credit record of the People's Bank of China, the loan record of the Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center and the loan record of the deposit place provident fund management center.
6. All houses including commercial housing, affordable housing, price-limited housing, homestead and collective land ownership housing are included in the calculation range of family housing units.
