Contents of the entrusted house:

1. Go through the prepayment procedures, obtain the mortgage cancellation certificate issued by the bank, go through the mortgage cancellation registration and all related procedures, and obtain the repayment certificate, real estate license and land certificate;

2. Go to the housing management department to check all the files related to the property;

3. Go through all relevant formalities such as title transfer and ownership registration of the house;

4. Acting for all procedures such as listing application and tax registration;

5, the signing of housing sales contracts and other documents;

6. In the process of real estate transfer, have the right to accept inquiries and sign documents on their behalf;

7. Assist the purchaser to handle the loan procedures for purchasing the above-mentioned real estate;

8. Collect the house payment, pay relevant taxes and fees, and sign relevant documents;

9. Handle the supervision procedures of real estate transaction funds, and sign the fund supervision agreement and related documents on its behalf;

10, go through the formalities of unfreezing the supervision funds involved in the real estate transaction;

1 1. Handle the transfer of real estate transaction funds in unfrozen accounts and sign relevant documents;

12. Go through the registration formalities for the property right transfer of the above-mentioned property;

13, handle the property transfer formalities (water, electricity, natural gas, cable TV, heating equipment, etc.). );

14. Handle other related matters during the transaction, and sign and transfer the relevant documents of the above real estate.

Remarks: All relevant documents signed by the trustee within the above authorization scope shall be recognized by the client and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
