The loan funds can be used for consumer purposes such as home decoration, education, holiday travel, purchase of automobiles and other durable consumer goods, and business purposes are not supported for the time being. The use of loans shall not violate the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission on the use of personal loans. Loan funds are strictly prohibited for securities investment activities such as buying houses and stocks. When applying for a loan, you must provide proof of the purpose of the loan. If you submit a statement of purpose, you must report the use of funds to the Bank of China on a monthly basis.
