1. Step 1: Open the app store in your mobile phone, search China Bank, click Download, and then click the app icon on the desktop to open it.

2. Step 2: After entering the app homepage, click more options below.

3. Step 3: After jumping to more pages, click the loan option at the top, and then click my loan option at the bottom of the loan classification.

4. Step 4: If there is no login account, you need to enter the account password on the login page that pops up, and click Login.

5. Step 5: You can see your loan record after successfully logging into the account.
