(3) Persons who implement housing monetary allocation and have worked in the implementing unit for two years or more can apply to the Municipal Provident Fund Center to withdraw the principal and interest balance of the housing subsidy in their name to pay for the house when purchasing a house; If the amount is insufficient, you can apply for an employee policy housing mortgage loan in accordance with regulations.
(4) When a person who implements housing loan currency allocation rents a house, he can apply to the Municipal Provident Fund Center every six months to withdraw the housing subsidy in his name to pay the rent based on the house rental contract.
(5) If the position changes during the period of calculating and disbursing the housing subsidy, the housing subsidy will be calculated and paid according to the new position from the month after the change of position until the cumulative period of 25 years.
