After July of 1 year, the salary and spouse allowance will be paid by the embassy or consulate after returning to the museum. 2. From June 65438+July 1994, the spouse's domestic dispatched unit stopped paying the secondment compensation fee and the spouse's domestic salary to the spouse's unit, and the spouse's domestic salary stopped during his tenure. Five, since the date of the article, the personal items purchased by librarians from Hong Kong and China shall be implemented in accordance with the Financial Management Regulations for Foreign Embassies and Consulates (salaries and related parts of foreign posts) (hereinafter referred to as the Financial Management Regulations). For purchase orders sent to Hongkong Asia Trading Co., Ltd. or China before the arrival of documents, the freight and miscellaneous fees can still be settled according to the original regulations. The embassy or consulate does not handle invoicing, collection, transfer and settlement. The unsettled funds handled before are still transferred by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until they are all settled. Seven, since 1 July, 19941day, the personal starting price for cooking and tableware shall be borne by the individual, and the reimbursement method for cooking and tableware in the Notice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Further Reforming the Catering Management of Ambassadors Abroad (1992) shall be abolished at the same time. Eight, before the arrival of goods, embassies and consulates should be equipped with video AIDS, tape recorders, microwave ovens, etc. The dormitory for librarians should not be recovered by the public, or reserved for public use, or treated at a discount for librarians, and its treatment should be reported to the domestic competent authorities for approval. Nine, since 1 July, 19941day, all kinds of subsidies and bonuses (including those approved in the past) issued before will be stopped except the incentive fund drawn according to the Trial Measures for Material Awards and Incentive Funds for Staff of Foreign Embassies, the safe driving award issued according to the Safe Driving Regulations of Foreign Embassies and the visa co-sponsor subsidy issued by individual embassies with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ten, the reception staff of foreign embassies and consulates shall implement the salary system and the "Financial Management Regulations" for the staff of foreign embassies and consulates, and the current bonus payment method for reception staff shall be suspended. Eleven, since July 1 9941day, when the spouse of a librarian goes abroad to visit relatives, the provisions of pocket money for those who go abroad temporarily will no longer be implemented, and bedding will take care of themselves.
