Hello, everyone. I have a ticket for export to Iran, and the Iranian customs inspection says the quality is unqualified. Let the customer return the goods. How to solve it?
Our company exports a lot to Iran. Before delivery, the goods will be inspected, usually by a third-party inspection company, and then the inspection report will be issued as a customs clearance document and sent to Iran for customs clearance together with the bill of lading/packing list/invoice.

But it's strange that you said it was checked by the customs and said it was a quality problem. This is meaningless. Customs sampling inspection will only check the product category and the tax paid by the guests.

You should ask your guests this question more carefully to see if they are cheating you. There are many treacherous businessmen in Iran.

1. A more reliable way is to let the guests come forward and try to get through, if you think your guests are reliable.

If you return it, you can at least guarantee that you won't lose the payment, but the procedure will be very troublesome. The freight is on your own account. Let the inspection agency on the guest's side issue a certificate of unqualified quality. When the goods arrive in China, you can use this certificate to clear customs, so that you can pay less tax or be exempt from tax. Attention! Keep the original export documents of this ticket, especially the verification form. Don't take it for verification, but keep it for customs clearance.

3. If the value of the goods is not large, compared with the return freight, it is not worth returning, and the guests can't clear the customs. After three months, the customs will destroy or auction them, but basically there is no money to come back.
