The main contents of the briefing include: the specific departure time and meeting place of the tour group, the introduction of the tour leader, the whole process of the tour, including entry and exit procedures, daily itinerary, overseas accommodation standards, transportation arrangements, general situation of scenic spots, basic information of the destination country, such as history, weather, currency, specialties, customs and habits, safety issues during the trip, including the custody of passports and valuables, personal belongings carried, as well as some customs regulations and foreign exchange. Each guest who participates in overseas travel can exchange the equivalent foreign exchange of up to US$ 2,000 according to the foreign exchange quotation published by the Bank of China. According to the overseas discipline of tour groups, souvenirs such as travel bags are distributed to answer various questions of participants.

The tour participants who have gone through the exit formalities shall apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at the place where their household registration is located in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Exit-Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its detailed rules for implementation, and accept relevant inquiries with their ID cards, household registration books or other household registration certificates.

Fill in the Examination and Approval Form for China Citizens' Exit Application, submit 4 recent bareheaded photos two inches smaller, pay the handling fee and certificate fee, and submit the opinions of the work unit on the tourists' exit. Opinions should include whether the contents of the application form are true, whether the applicant is prohibited from leaving the country by law, whether the applicant travels at his own expense, and whether he agrees to go abroad.

Submit the "Audit Certificate" issued by the tourism administrative department and the full travel invoice stamped with the seal of "Travel at your own expense, no reimbursement" issued by the tour group.

After confirmation, the public security organ shall go through the formalities of outbound tourism in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, make a decision of approval or disapproval within the statutory time limit, and notify the tourists.

Those who leave the country after approval shall be issued passports by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ. China citizens with personal passports must have exit records and submit their passports to travel agencies for inspection. Only after passing the experience photo can you sign up for outbound travel.
