Under what circumstances can I apply for withdrawal without closing my account?
(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;
(two) to repay the principal and interest of housing loans;
(three) rental housing for my residence;
(four) to enjoy the urban minimum living guarantee;
(five) after the termination of the labor relationship with the unit, it has not been re-employed, partially lost its ability to work or other emergencies, resulting in serious difficulties in family life.
Second, can I pay the provident fund after withdrawal?
1. After the provident fund is withdrawn, it can still be deposited as long as it is not cancelled;
2. Provident fund withdrawal means that the depositor goes to the provident fund withdrawal department to go through the procedures of provident fund withdrawal according to the requirements of provident fund withdrawal, and transfers the amount of the provident fund account to the personal account. Provident fund withdrawal is divided into three types: agreed withdrawal, partial withdrawal and cancellation withdrawal.
3. Both agreed withdrawal and partial withdrawal can be re-paid, but account cancellation withdrawal cannot be re-paid.
Legal basis: Article 34 of the Measures for the Administration of Bank Card Business. After paying off all the transaction funds, overdraft principal and interest and related expenses, the cardholder may apply for account cancellation. When closing an account, the funds in the RMB card account of the Company shall be transferred to its basic deposit account, and the funds in the foreign currency card account of the Company shall be transferred back to the corresponding foreign exchange account, and no cash shall be withdrawn.
