A foreign exchange memo is a voucher for handling foreign exchange business. China banks or other financial institutions dealing in foreign exchange, as well as exchange points, should fill in the foreign exchange flow sheet in quadruplicate when exchanging foreign currency cash, foreign exchange bills and RMB traveler's checks.
