Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone is a provincial-level development zone approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government and directly under the jurisdiction of Loudi Municipal Government. The overall planning area of the development zone is 43.9 square kilometers, including Loudi City (2000-2020), east of Louxing North Road and north of Lianshui River, with an area of 38.9 square kilometers, and the high-tech park near the new site of the municipal government has an area of 5 square kilometers. According to the principle of rational layout, the functional areas are divided into "six areas and one corridor", that is, comprehensive area, agricultural sightseeing area, tourist resort area, high-tech area, storage and freight area, cultural industry area and industrial corridor. The third prize, the bonus amount is RMB 654.38+10,000 yuan, and the project with investment of100,000-50 million yuan (including100,000 yuan) is rewarded;

Grand prize, a grand prize is established for a mega-project with an investment of more than 5 million yuan (including 5 million yuan) to make a special contribution to attracting investment. The amount of the grand prize is decided by the office meeting of the director of the Development Zone Management Committee and submitted to the municipal party committee and the municipal government for awarding other honorary prizes. 1, which is a high-tech project, conforms to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 2 of the Award Policy for Investment Promotion in Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Award Policy);

2. For the world's top 500 enterprises, national 863 plan, 973 plan and academician projects recognized in the last year, the reward level will be increased by one level in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 2 of the reward policy;

3. For the foreign investment part of foreign-invested enterprises (converted into RMB according to the foreign exchange quotation published by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on the day when the funds actually arrive), the reward amount determined according to the reward grade specified in the first paragraph of Article 2 of the incentive policy will be increased by 50% again.
