China Everbright Bank has foreign exchange channels. Debit cards with this function can be used for foreign currency exchange through customer service phone. Everbright's online banking also has personal foreign exchange business, but I have never tried it, and the operation should be relatively simple. As long as there is foreign currency in the card, you can conduct foreign exchange transactions through online banking, which should all be firm transactions.
