Step 1: Go to the foreign investment registration window of Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce (Guangzhou Administrative Service Center, address: 3rd floor, No.61,Huali Road, Zhujiang New Town) for name inquiry and name approval application, and receive the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name. (Note: registered enterprises in Panyu District should go to the examination and approval service center of Qinghe East Road Government in Panyu District or the registration section on the third floor of Panyu Industrial and Commercial Bureau, No.59 Xingtai Road)

Step 2: Go to the business department (MOFTEC) for examination and approval with the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name and related documents.

Step 3: After the commercial department (foreign trade department) obtains the approval letter and certificate (if there are pre-approved items in the business scope, relevant licenses must be obtained at the same time), it will go to the foreign investment registration window of the industrial and commercial department for industrial and commercial registration.
