Enterprises with foreign investment shall provide the following materials to the local foreign exchange bureau when handling foreign exchange registration:

1, written application (including basic enterprise information, etc. )

2. Copy of business license (unincorporated Chinese-foreign contractual joint venture provides unincorporated business license; A foreign-invested company limited by shares need not provide a business license)

3. Approval documents and certificates of foreign trade and economic cooperation departments

4. Approved and effective joint venture contract and articles of association.

5, enterprise organization code certificate

6. Official seal of enterprise

7. In addition to the above materials, other materials are required as appropriate.

The above written materials shall be accompanied by an original and a copy, and the copy shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise to confirm the consistency with the original content. The State Administration of Foreign Exchange shall return the original after inspection and keep a copy.
