(1) account cancellation application;

(2) Business license and other legal person identification documents;

(3) If the legal representative/person-in-charge directly handles it, provide the original identity certificate of the legal representative or person-in-charge and the retained copy; Where an agent is entrusted to handle the matter, the power of attorney of the legal representative or person in charge and his identity certificate, as well as the original identity certificate and the retained copy of the authorized person shall be provided.

2. When going through the cancellation procedures, the following items shall also be confirmed:

(1) Check the account balance with the bank and handle the balance according to the relevant foreign exchange management regulations;

(2) Return all kinds of important blank vouchers that have not been used up;

(3) Confirm that its associated foreign exchange time deposit account has been cancelled first;

(4) Confirm that China Bank has no outstanding loans.

3. If the account can be closed only with the approval of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, it must be approved by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
