Moreover, the Brazilian Ministry of Communications sends people to the factory for annual inspection every year. The certification unit is divided into family groups: speed grade, tire model, height-width ratio, section width, and reinforcement or not. Finally, all homegroups are included in one certificate. The certificate is valid for one year, and the factory audit is conducted every year. 3. US DOT compulsory certification: "DOT" means that the tire meets the safety standards set by the US Department of Transportation. The other two levels are higher than the standard required by DOT. 4.E-mark certification: the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe automobile regulations (E.C.E for short), and the E-mark originated from the regulations issued by the Economic Commission for Europe (ECE for short). At present, ECE includes 54 European countries, including not only EU member countries, but also non-EU countries such as Eastern Europe and Southern Europe. Certification is based on specifications, distinguishing specifications, speed classes, loads, structures and tire types. Each specification has a certification number, which requires high-speed and edge testing. The requirements to be met are ECER30 and ECER54. This certificate is permanently valid. 5.e-mark certification: It has the same specifications as E-mark certification, but it is different from the fact that the member states are EU member states. Certification requirements comply with 92/23 /EEC regulations. 6. Noise, rolling resistance and wet skid certification: According to R 1 17.02, the tires exported to ECE member countries are subject to compulsory certification. The Regulation requires that all products that do not meet the requirements of the Regulation shall be prohibited from being sold in its member countries as of 20141. Issue certificates according to specifications: including product specifications, speed grade, load, tire model (such as semi-steel snow tires and ordinary tires) and tire structure (such as tire skeleton materials and belt layers). The certificate is valid for 1 year. The certificate is valid for 1 year. 8.SONCAP (Nigeria) certification: Nigeria's compulsory certification, according to the specifications submitted once, regardless of all-steel and semi-steel. Certificate validity: 3 years. 10, BIS India certification: the factory conducts audit with specifications as the certification unit. The certificate is valid forever. 1 1, LATU (Uruguay) certification: family grouping: speed grade, tire type, height-width ratio, section width, whether it is reinforced or not, and finally all family groupings are included in one certificate. Audit the factory. Validity of certificate: 1 year. 12, tire certification by Venezuelan embassy 13, NOM (Mexico) certification: NOM mark is engraved on certified products and packaging. According to Mexican law, NOM holders must be Mexican companies, and foreign manufacturers can apply for certificates through certification bodies recognized by Mexican Standardization Committee. Tires have been included in the product range that must pass NOM certification to enter the Mexican market. 14, COC (Iraq) certification: three-year certification: this certification requires Russian experts to come to the manufacturer's place for production inspection, and the product name is indicated on the certificate. Within three years, products can be directly imported into Russia for unlimited times, and this certification must pass the product test. 15, SONCAP (Nigeria) certification: SONCAP is a new policy implemented by the Nigerian federal government to check and control the export of unqualified and unsafe products to the country. SONCAP certification to ensure that the controlled products exported to Nigeria and entering its market meet the relevant provisions of Nigerian industrial standards; Ensure that imported goods and domestically manufactured products have a quality platform to prevent unfair market competition; Prevent unqualified goods from being dumped into the Nigerian market, so as to avoid losses to the country and importers; Avoid loss of life and property, including loss of foreign exchange paid to exporters; Prevent negative impacts such as environmental pollution caused by relevant management agencies when destroying unqualified products; Ensure the rapid customs clearance of imported goods, thus facilitating trade; This will help encourage real investors to invest in Nigeria. The main fees for tire application for SONCAP certification include PC certificate fee and SC certificate fee. The certification fee is calculated according to the tire model and the number of applied trademarks. The manufacturer can obtain the certificate within 10- 15 working days after submitting complete materials for general inspection. SONCAP certification has two steps: first, apply for a PC, and then apply for a SONCAP certificate. The validity period of PC is divided into one year and three years. During the validity period of PC, each batch of goods needs to apply for SC certificate. 16, SASO (Saudi Arabia) certification: when applying for SASO, tires need to submit GCC certificates and reports or test reports issued by relevant laboratories, packing lists, invoices and application forms. Basic procedures of tire SABS certification: appointing an agent → applying for certification from NRCS → the manufacturer provides samples, arranges tests and issues reports →NRCS appoints officials to handle and issue test forms, and arranges factory inspection time →NRCS inspects factories and samples → issues SABS certificates. The certificate is valid for three years unless it is cancelled for other reasons. 18, PVOC (Kenya) Certification: PVOC is a new measure adopted by Kenya National Bureau of Standards (KEBS) to replace the previous "PSI" according to WTO rules.
