1. Improve the level of trade facilitation, rectify and standardize the business services and charges in the import and export links, exempt the statutory inspection fees for export commodities, and reduce the types of export commodities subject to statutory inspection.

2. Increase financial support for foreign trade enterprises with orders and benefits, increase support for export credit insurance, and encourage insurance companies to expand short-term export credit insurance business.

3. With regard to the innovation and improvement of the trading platform, the relevant policies on market procurement and trade will be implemented as soon as possible, the pilot scope will be expanded, and cross-border electronic commerce trade facilitation measures will be introduced.

4. Improve the export tax rebate policy, further accelerate the progress of export tax rebate, and ensure timely and full tax rebate.
