1. Mobile banking: log in to mobile banking, click My → Account Overview to view the current account balance (including foreign currency) of one card;
Tips: After the credit card transaction, the remaining amount of the current account will be displayed. If you want to query the historical balance, you can check it by querying the current account transactions.
2. Professional Edition: After logging in to the Professional Edition, you can check the balance of RMB and foreign currency by selecting a card → account management → account inquiry;
Tips: The professional edition does not support MAC system at present, so Apple computer can't log in to the professional edition.
3. After calling our customer service hotline, inquire about the current balance: select "1-1-1"in turn; Query of lump-sum deposit and lump-sum withdrawal balance: select "1-kloc-0/-4-1-kloc-0/"in turn; Installment balance query: select "1-kloc-0/-4-2-1"in turn; Call deposit balance inquiry: select "1- 1-4-3- 1" in turn.
