The general procedures for domestic enterprises in China to pay foreign exchange to overseas enterprises, organizations and other enterprises in the name of technology license fees are as follows: (1) Go through the registration and filing procedures for technology import contracts with the competent commercial authorities; (2) To apply for payment of foreign exchange in a bank, the following materials are generally required: ① A written application for payment of foreign exchange; (two) the proprietary technology license agreement; ③ Payment notice or invoice; (4) The technology import contract registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; ⑤ Technical contract data sheet; ⑥ Tax voucher. (3) The foreign exchange bureau shall go through the formalities of verification of foreign exchange payment.
