Davis graduated from Berkeley University in the United States, and worked as a management consultant in Hay Association, a well-known human resources company, and successively worked as a senior analyst in financial investment companies, foreign exchange investment companies, Holiday Inn Group and Hilton International Hotel Group on Wall Street. Currently, he is the dean of Davis Institute of International Studies and the chief consultant of Sidi's learning methods in Asia, and is known as the "master of learning in the new century".
