Mr. Liang Jinsong: Independent non-executive director of the Company. Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong, studying management development and advanced management courses at Harvard Business School. He is currently the chairman and chief executive officer of Nanfeng Group in Hong Kong, the chairman and co-founder of Xinfeng Tianyu Group, and the chairman of two charities "Hong Kong Heifer" and "Xi Canteen". He used to be a member of the Executive Committee of Blackstone Group, Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Greater China, Chairman of JPMorgan Chase Asia Business, Head of China and Hong Kong Business of Citigroup, Head of Foreign Exchange and Capital Market Business in North Asia, Head of Investment Banking Business in North and Southwest Asia, Head of Private Banking Business in Asia, Independent Director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (a company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange), Independent Director of China Mobile Hong Kong Limited and American International Assurance (Hong Kong) Limited, and Vice Chairman of China Bluestar Group. In terms of government services, he has served as the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR Government, an unofficial member of the Executive Council, chairman of the Education Commission, chairman of the University Grants Committee, member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee, member of the Preparatory Committee of the Hong Kong SAR Government, member of the Selection Committee and adviser on Hong Kong affairs, director of the Hong Kong Airport Authority and director of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange.
