5. Original organization code certificate or business license with three certificates in one issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, and keep a copy;
6. Bank-enterprise reconciliation agreement;

The identity certificate of the legal representative or person in charge of the account holder, with a copy (directly handled by the legal representative); The original power of attorney of the legal representative or person in charge and the identity certificate of the authorized person shall be kept (handled by the authorized agent). The power of attorney is consistent with the power of attorney of the RMB bank settlement account of the unit;
8. Seal card;
9, the balance of payments reporting unit basic information table;
10, other information required by the foreign exchange bureau or the bank.
