1. Apply for filing at the Commerce Bureau, and receive the Registration Form for Filing Foreign Trade Operators seven days later. Change the business scope in the district/county industrial and commercial bureau, add "goods import and export, technology import and export, agent import and export", and apply for engraving the special seal for customs declaration at the place designated by the district/county public security bureau, and collect it on the same day.

2. Go to the customs under the jurisdiction of the county to go through the relevant filing and registration procedures, and receive the Registration Certificate of the Consignor and Consignor of Import and Export Goods in People's Republic of China (PRC) after 7 days, and register with the Provincial Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau after 7 days, and receive the Registration Certificate of the Self-declaration Delivery Unit.

3. Apply to China Electronic Port for joint examination and approval. After about 10 days, I got the permission to access the Internet, bought an IC card, a card reader and an operating system, thus becoming a full member of China Electronic Port, and applied to the Provincial Administration of Foreign Exchange for opening a foreign exchange account and writing off export proceeds for the record.
