2. Organization code certificate (original and photocopy with official seal);

3, the business license issued by the administrative department for Industry and commerce (original and photocopy with official seal as the bottom);

4. Filing documents issued by the competent commerce department of the Free Trade Zone, and approval documents issued by the competent commerce department by the enterprises in the negative list (the original and photocopy are stamped with the official seal);

5. If an overseas special purpose company registered by the foreign exchange bureau returns to China to invest in the establishment of a foreign-invested enterprise, it is also required to submit the Foreign Exchange Registration Form for Overseas Investment by Domestic Residents (the original and photocopy are stamped with the official seal for the record);

6. Foreign-funded real estate enterprises are required to submit the certification materials filed by the Ministry of Commerce (the original and photocopy are stamped with the official seal as the bottom);

7. Articles of Association (original and photocopy with official seal).
