Certificate of approval for foreign-invested enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC).

The customs declaration registration certificate and photocopy of the consignee or consignor of import and export goods.

A copy of the approval certificate of a foreign-invested enterprise shall be stamped with the official seal of the original registration authority.

Also need to provide a copy of the original for the provincial technical supervision bureau to review.

Write-off personnel filing information column, need to apply for write-off personnel number and signature in the local foreign exchange administration of the enterprise.
