The main business of the central bank includes:

(1) currency issuance business;

(2) Business with banks. Including centralized deposit reserve, acting as lender of last resort and organizing national inter-bank clearing business.

(3) Business versus government. Including acting as an agent for the state treasury, issuing state bonds, providing credit support to the state, keeping foreign exchange and gold reserves, formulating relevant financial management regulations and supervising their implementation.
