Reasons and solutions for being unable to log in to the system

(1) Can the computer access the Internet normally?

(3) Does the computer use a proxy server to access the Internet? If it is a proxy server method, please set the proxy server parameters when the proxy server setting window pops up.

(4) Whether it is only installed on the same computer.

(5) Whether the computer's operating system is windows2000 or windowsXP, and whether the browser is 5.5 or above.

(6) Whether 2 digital certificates and floppy disk certification media are installed.

(7) If the foreign exchange bureau changes the server IP address, it will promptly notify all online write-off companies. Whether the enterprise has entered the system offline according to the notification requirements and entered the correct application server IP address in "Application Server Settings" of "System Settings".
