Wine production in China has a history of two thousand years, but before liberation, the output was low and the quality was poor. Therefore, it is very important to develop wine grape production base. According to China's natural conditions and production status, we can roughly choose the following: ① the old Yellow River area. The natural conditions here are unique, and it is the most ideal uncovered area for grape growth in China. It is a newly developed grape producing area in 1950s, with an existing cultivation area of 65,438+10,000 mu. It is the largest wine grape production base in China, producing many famous wines. The conditions here are superior, the production base is good and the potential is great. Especially in the past 30 years, with the joint efforts of researchers and the masses, a number of excellent varieties of frameless cultivation have been cultivated according to local conditions and accumulated rich production experience. Moreover, there is a large area of desert saline-alkali land that is not suitable for growing grain, which is suitable for reclamation and continuous planting of grapes, which is beneficial to management. It can be seen that the future of grape production here is bright; (2) Jiaodong Peninsula has always been a famous high-quality grape producing area in China, with a long history of cultivation and processing and superior natural conditions. There is no need to cover grapes in winter, just simply bury them. In addition, the hilly area here is large, there are many available wasteland, and there are large tidal flat resources, which are reserve resources for developing grape production; ③ Weibei area. The existing planting area is not large, but the ecological conditions are very superior, and it is also an uncovered area for grape production in China. There are not only few diseases in grape growth, but also high yield and good quality. Moreover, with abundant land resources and convenient transportation, it is necessary to actively invest in construction, expand planting area and develop into a new production base of high-quality wine grapes in China. In addition, there are Beijing, Shacheng, Changli and other areas, which are all good places to develop wine grape production bases.
