Domestic non-financial institutions applying for personal foreign currency exchange franchise business shall meet the following conditions:

(1) has the qualification of an independent legal person registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce;

(2) Having a business place and facilities suitable for handling individual foreign currency exchange franchise business;

(3) The registered capital is not less than RMB 1 10,000 yuan;

(4) Having the qualification of foreign currency exchange for more than one year;

(5) At least two managers have experience in local and foreign currency exchange or corresponding business;

(six) each business outlet is equipped with at least two staff members who are familiar with foreign exchange management policies and personal local and foreign currency exchange business;

(7) It has the conditions to make a complete record of individual foreign currency exchange franchise business one by one, and the equipment and facilities to prominently display the exchange currency and quotation;

(eight) with foreign currency pricing, local and foreign currency cash allocation, paper money allocation, storage, storage and collection conditions;

(9) It meets the software and hardware requirements for accessing the personal foreign exchange settlement and sale management information system of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange;

(10) Other conditions required by the foreign exchange bureau.
