Customers applying for foreign exchange loans for studying abroad should be the educated themselves or their immediate family members or their legal guardians. If the educated person is under the age of 18, his legal guardian is the borrower, and the borrower shall meet the following conditions:

1, a natural person aged 18, with full capacity for civil conduct and no bad credit record;

2. China citizens with legal residence status and permanent residence in China;

3, the borrower should have a stable source of income, with the ability to repay the loan principal and interest on schedule;

4. The educated should hold the admission notice and other admission documents issued by overseas institutions of higher learning recognized by the Ministry of Education of China; For students applying for loans, they should also provide valid proof materials for studying;

5. The borrower must have not less than 20% of the total tuition and fees and living expenses of the educated during their study period in foreign currency or equivalent RMB funds;

6. The borrower shall provide a guarantee recognized by the handling bank;

7. The sum of the borrower's age and the loan term shall not exceed 65 years old.
