Bank of China accepts overseas remittances, and private foreign-related receipts and payments with a single amount of less than US$ 5,000 (including US$ 5,000) are exempt from reporting.

For inward remittance whose remittance amount exceeds the balance of payments declaration limit (US$ 5,000), you should go through the formalities according to the relevant declaration statistics regulations of the local foreign exchange administration. Please consult the bank in detail for specific reporting requirements and materials to be provided.
