ICBC can accept international remittance. Now all bank debit cards can accept foreign currency, and there is no need to open a foreign exchange account.

You need to receive overseas remittance before receiving foreign currency remittance. At least you need to provide the remitter with the payee's country and city, payee's bank name and address, swift code, payee's name (account name) and payee's account number/card number (it is recommended to use the card numbers of our current all-in-one account number, e-Times card, wealth management gold card and international card).
