Foreign exchange verification forms, regardless of new or old enterprises, must go to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for verification. Materials to be submitted for handling the certificate of foreign exchange underwriter:

1) written application of the enterprise; 2) Letter of introduction from the unit (introducing the agent); (3) Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce; 4) Foreign trade enterprises: registration form; Foreign-funded enterprises: approval certificate, approval of contract articles of association, and contract articles of association; 5) Organization code certificate issued by the national technical supervision department; 6) Customs declaration registration certificate; 7) Two one-inch photos.
