(1) Low steam consumption
Three-effect falling film vacuum evaporator is a concentration device with high efficiency, energy saving and low steam consumption. One kilogram of steam can evaporate four kilograms of water, and the single-effect vacuum evaporator can only evaporate 0.833 kilograms of water in the best state. (2) The first-effect evaporation enters through the jet hot-pressing pump, which reduces the pressure of the first-effect evaporator, saves materials and correspondingly reduces the cost. The steam pressure is 0.6~0.8MPa, and the pressure (pressure energy) changes into velocity (kinetic energy) after the jet hot-pressing pump. Therefore, the shell side of the evaporator actually works in a vacuum state. The tail gas of the primary steam enters the preheater, and the secondary steam in the preheating liquid part is re-sucked by the jet hot-pressing pump, so that the heat can be fully utilized.
(3) The concentration ratio is large, usually reaching more than 1/5, with strong adaptability and wide viscosity adaptation range. Due to falling film evaporation, the feed liquid flows from top to bottom along the pipe wall in a film shape. Due to the action of gravity, the solution with high viscosity (below 400CP) is easy to flow and evaporate without coking.
(4) There are three types of this equipment: manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic, and indoor automatic monitoring. First of all, the inlet pressure should be stable and adjusted by pneumatic valve. In addition, it is necessary to control the temperature of the secondary steam from the three-way separator, adjust the cooling water with a pneumatic valve to ensure that the secondary steam is completely condensed, and then report it to the liquid level in the liquid storage tank.
