After contract registration and foreign exchange payment registration, if the amount of foreign exchange payable is 0.00, you should go to SAFE to get a Prepaid Payment Approval Form, sign and seal it, and submit it to SAFE for confirmation together with the corresponding contract (State Administration of Foreign Exchange Reserve).

4. After confirmation, log on to the online platform and enter the code of the payment bank to pay foreign exchange.

In the case of export collection, if the company's account to be written off receives a sum of foreign exchange, the receiving bank will register it on the application service platform of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and generate a declaration number. Foreign trade enterprises must declare this foreign exchange within 7 days, specifically to determine the amount and purpose of this foreign exchange on this platform. If the purpose is payment under general trade, the verification form number must be filled in on the basis of the last declaration. The foreign exchange bureau shall write off foreign exchange according to the enterprise's declaration.
