(1) Remittance:
Step 1: Fill in the "Application for Western Union Remittance" and "Application for Overseas Remittance" at the outlets.
Step 2: Submit the completed form, remittance principal, remittance fee and valid personal identification. You can remit money in foreign currency or purchase foreign exchange in RMB.
Step 3: After the remittance is completed, you will receive a receipt printed with money transfer control number (MTCN). Please inform the payee of the remitter's name, remittance amount, money transfer control number and remittance country accurately. To ensure the safety of your remittance, please don't disclose the monitoring number to anyone other than the payee.
Step 4: After a few minutes, the payee can withdraw the remittance at the agent Western Union remittance service outlet in the recipient country.
Step 5: Fill in the "Application Form for Overseas Remittance" for each remittance and declare the balance of payments.
(2) Extraction of remittance:
Step 1: Make sure that the remittance is sent by an overseas authorized agent, and check with the remitter the remitter's name, remittance amount, money transfer control number and remittance country.
Step 2: After receiving the notification from the remitter, please go to the nearest postal savings bank outlet which is the agent of Western Union remittance business.
Step 3: Submit the completed Application for Receiving Foreign Exchange, and show your valid ID.
Step 4: Withdraw the remittance and retrieve the receipt.
