I. Provide the following documents and materials for the approval certificate of processing trade:
(1) A written application report issued by the business enterprise and an Application Form for Approval Certificate of Processing Trade stamped by the business enterprise. (2) the approval document of the right to operate import and export and the business license of the operating enterprise (copy).
(3) The production capacity certificate of the processing enterprise issued by Dandong Foreign Economic and Trade Commission (original) and the business license of the processing enterprise (photocopy).
(4) Import and export contracts and processing agreements signed by operating enterprises (original) II. Fill in Processing Trade Manual 3. Filing the manual at the customs.
The enterprise shall, within 1 month from the date of signing the processing contract with foreign countries, handle the contract filing and filing procedures with the following relevant documents to the relevant units:
1. Business license and customs registration certificate of the processing unit. 2. Tax registration certificate issued by the tax authorities.
3. The approval document or contract filing certificate of the examination and approval department.
4. For projects approved by MOFTEC, documents approved by MOFTEC shall also be provided. 5. Copies of contracts signed with foreign countries.

The following is the operation of imported materials after customs clearance.
Four, processing import and export goods for customs clearance.
(1) When importing and exporting processed goods, the following documents shall be submitted to the customs: 1. Fill in the "Special Customs Declaration Form for Processing Import and Export Goods with Materials". 2. Registration Manual for Import and Export Goods with Processing Materials. 3 waybills, invoices and packing lists of import and export goods. 4. Export foreign exchange verification form.
The customs shall examine and verify the above documents,

V. Handling customs verification procedures
The processing and assembly contract must go through the verification formalities with the competent customs within one month after the expiration of the contract or the export of the last batch of processed products, with the verification form signed by the local tax authorities in the Customs Registration Manual, together with the relevant import and export goods declaration forms and relevant documents. The following documents shall be submitted for verification:
(1) Registration Manual for Import and Export Goods of Foreign Processing and Assembly. (2) Customs declaration form for import and export goods signed and sealed by the customs.
(3) Application Form for Verification of Foreign Processing and Assembly Compensation Trade Contract (Closing Form).
(4) For products with high loss rate, detailed list of processing materials and description of processing technology shall be provided.
