Bank of China can directly handle the settlement of foreign exchange according to the customer's requirements when settling the payment in Western Union. However, the handling personnel must first inquire and register the customer's foreign exchange settlement quota through the personal foreign exchange settlement and sale system of the foreign exchange bureau. If the amount of foreign exchange settlement exceeds the annual total, relevant certification materials must be provided before foreign exchange settlement can be made.
