Foreign trade operators shall, with the "Registration Form" stamped with the seal of filing and registration, go through the relevant procedures required to carry out foreign trade business in local customs, inspection and quarantine, foreign exchange, taxation and other departments within 30 working days. If it is not handled within the time limit, the registration form will automatically become invalid.

Two, China's electronic port enterprise ic card application process is:
