Three situations. According to the relevant information on domestic outbound remittances, we learned that there are three situations in which domestic outbound remittances are not declared in the balance of payments.

1. Receipts and payments made by embassies and consulates in China, international organizations in China and individual diplomats in China.

2. RMB receipts and payments between domestic resident individuals and domestic non-resident individuals through domestic banks.

3. Domestic collection and payment business between domestic non-residents through domestic banks.
