Choose according to your personal development direction. Personally, I prefer to choose financial groups. The following are some brief introductions of these two groups for the reference of the subject.

Ig: IG:IG is the largest group, at least in Beijing. The full name of IG is institutional group, which is simply a large state-owned enterprise group. The customers of this group are usually large state-owned enterprises, such as various "Chinese prefix" enterprises. For example, China Post and Ocean Land are IG projects. IG projects are relatively large, and there seems to be more business trips.

Financial groups: customers are divided into two categories, one is banks (including commercial banks and investment banks) and the other is insurance companies. Typical customers such as Agricultural Bank of China and Goldman Sachs. FS colleagues in Beijing and Shanghai travel less. Many colleagues in the finance group are developing along the financial direction, and many people have jumped to financial institutions, such as commercial banks, investment banks, brokerages, PE and VC.
