Treasurer and financing service (TFS) refers to Siemens' global financial management and cash flow, interest rate and foreign exchange management, that is, the function of "internal bank" and the treasurer's consulting and system solutions to external companies (third parties).

TFS department not only provides global management of group liquidity and financing, management of capital market transactions and centralized management of interest rate, currency and liquidity risks internally, but also provides external (third parties) with cash management platform, treasurer consultation and temporary management, and implements treasurer IT solutions. TFS department is the only intermediary connecting the business department of Siemens Group with external financial markets (such as banks), and its business includes five parts.
