What kinds of foreign currency bills can ICBC accept for personal foreign currency clean bill collection?
Acceptable personal foreign currency bills include traveler's checks, personal checks, checks issued by overseas banks or other commercial institutions, promissory notes, drafts and other bills that have signed collection agreements with ICBC. The following bills are not accepted: postal bills; A check from the US Treasury or a bill issued by the US federal government; Bills whose amount, currency, date and payee's name have been tampered with; Bills with limited payment terms; Foreign currency bills endorsed and transferred by the payee (except traveler's checks); Bills without the signature of the drawer; Other foreign currency bills that cannot be collected.
