(3) Failing to investigate and punish acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises invested by Taiwan Province compatriots or individual investors and their accompanying families, and employees of Taiwan Province compatriots and their accompanying families in enterprises invested by Taiwan Province compatriots;
(four) other acts of favoritism, dereliction of duty, abuse of power.
If the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises invested by Taiwan Province compatriots or individual investors and their accompanying families, and Taiwan Province compatriots and their accompanying families of enterprises invested by Taiwan Province compatriots are damaged due to the illegal exercise of their functions and powers by state organs and their staff, they can report to the relevant state organs and demand state compensation according to law.
