Those who fail to declare in accordance with the provisions during the reporting period, except for foreign-related income, shall declare the income obtained from abroad in accordance with the following provisions within three months from the date of expiration of the reporting period:
(1) The remitting bank shall, on the day of receiving the payment of foreign-related income, issue a receipt notice and a foreign-related income declaration form to the payee, and transmit the income payment information to the foreign exchange bureau at the same level one by one through the computer system according to the format and requirements of the foreign-related income statistics table. ?
(2) According to the contents of the transaction and the notice of payment, the payee fills in the declaration form in triplicate one by one according to the format and requirements of the Declaration Form for Foreign-related Income (divided into two types: corporate and private), and submits the declaration form to the paying bank. ?
(3) The remitting bank shall transfer the first copy to the foreign exchange bureau after the foreign-related income declaration submitted by the payee is stamped with the seal of the salesperson, properly keep the second copy (the bank shall keep the original of the declaration for 24 months), and return the third copy to the declarant for future reference (the declarant shall keep the original of the declaration for 24 months), and then go through the payment procedures for understanding.
