If you just remit it back to China, you don't need to open a foreign exchange settlement account there. All you have to do is remit money directly to your personal bank account in China through Algerian bank.

When you send money, you need to know:

1. Payee's bank account number;

2. Account name of the collection account;

3. Name and address of the receiving bank (English);

4. The path number of the receiving bank (SWIFT code).

Generally, overseas remittance takes about three to seven working days to arrive.
