If you use a debit card to receive overseas remittances, the personal and foreign-related income and expenditure equivalent to less than $5,000 (including $5,000) are exempt from the declaration of balance of payments. For inward remittance whose remittance amount exceeds the balance of payments declaration limit (US$ 5,000), the formalities shall be handled according to the relevant declaration and statistics regulations of the local foreign exchange administration. The handling branch will contact the customer by phone, and then need to declare the customer to fill in the declaration form at the branch. Different customers need to declare different information. Failure to provide information and materials that meet the declaration requirements may affect entry. Please consult the local handling outlets for specific reporting requirements.

2. If you need to withdraw foreign currency cash, you can make an appointment to handle domestic personal foreign currency cash through personal online banking, mobile banking, China Bank Weizhong Bank and China Bank outlets.

Withdrawal of foreign currency cash by domestic individuals: the cumulative equivalent of the same day is less than US$ 654.38+US$ 00,000 (inclusive), which can be directly handled by BOC. On that day, the accumulated equivalent value was more than US$ 654.38+00000, and I declared to the local foreign exchange bureau of China Bank in advance with my valid identity certificate, proof of withdrawal purpose and other materials. The Bank of China shall handle the foreign currency cash withdrawal procedures for individuals with my valid identity certificate and the foreign currency cash withdrawal record form signed by the foreign exchange bureau. Please note the difference between remittance and transfer.
