Chen Xiang Taiwanese Industrial Park in Guangshui City is located in the south of Guangshui City, at the foot of Guanyin Slope and on both sides of Pingfu Road. It was founded in February 2005 with a planned area of 300 mu. After two years of construction, the park has begun to take shape.

Up to now, the town government has invested 5.63 million yuan. Among them, the farmer's land is leased 150 mu, with an investment of 3 million yuan and a lease term of 40 years; Construction of fence 1300m, installation of guardrail of 350m, investment of 560,000 yuan; Hardened main roads are 480 meters, separated roads are 460 meters, colored bricks are laid on the pedestrian floor of 820 square meters, and green belts are built of 420 meters, with an investment of 880,000 yuan; Build a drainage ditch of 3,600 meters and drill 4 deep wells, with an investment of 840,000 yuan; Set up high-voltage line1700m, install transformers of 4 15 KVA and 250 KVA 1 and install street lamps 10, with an investment of 350,000 yuan. The park has achieved "five connections and one leveling", namely, road connection, water connection, electricity connection, communication connection and netcom, and the land in the park is leveled.

Up to now, the park has attracted four enterprises to settle in: Cheng En Hangdian (Hubei) Co., Ltd., with an investment of HK$ 30 million, built two 7,000-square-meter factories and a dormitory building with a construction area of 2,400 square meters, which can absorb 800 workers, with an annual output value of 60 million yuan and foreign exchange earning of 800,000 US dollars; Kevin Gift (Guangshui) Co., Ltd. invested HK$ 1 00,000 to build a 5,000-square-meter 1 dormitory building with a building area of 2,300 square meters, which can absorb 700 workers, with an annual output value of 35 million yuan and foreign exchange earning of 700,000 US dollars. Guangshui Xinxin Jewelry Co., Ltd. invested 1 00000 yuan, and built 1800 square meters of two workshops and1dormitory building with a construction area of 1500 square meters. It was officially put into production in February 2007, with an estimated annual output value of 30 million yuan and foreign exchange earning of 300,000 US dollars. Guangshui Chaorui Mould Co., Ltd., with an investment of 654.38+million yuan, has signed a settlement agreement and leased 20 mu of land. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2008.

With the strong support of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Sean Taiwanese Industrial Park in Guangshui City has gradually become an important industrial base in the south of our city, an important platform for attracting investment and a leader in leading the town's economic take-off.
