(hereinafter referred to as "China Merchants Shekou", stock code 00 1979) is the flagship enterprise of China Merchants Group (an important state-owned backbone enterprise directly managed by the central government and one of the four Chinese-funded enterprises in Hong Kong), which is an important platform for China Merchants Group's core assets integration and business collaboration in China.
